Since March 14th, 2021 Mallorca is no longer a risk area and the travel warnings have been lifted.
As an organizer in the field of active tourism, we would like to inform you about the current situation in Mallorca regarding the respiratory disease COVID-19, which is triggered by the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.
With the “COVID traffic light in the Balearic Islands“, both residents and visitors have free access to a number of key indicators such as the infection rate, the occupancy rate in intensive care units, the prevalence of the disease, the technological equipment or the strength or health system in the Balearic Islands. The information comes from the official databases of the Ministry of Health, the Government Ministry of Health, and other official bodies (Carlos III Health Institute, National Network for Epidemiological Surveillance, WHO). Mallorca Activities is aware of the unsafe situation caused by COVID 19, after all, rules and restrictions change almost daily. For this reason, we have suspended our cancellation fees, which are set out in the terms and conditions under point 9. Until further notice, the following rule applies to free cancellation:
Daily Activities: 24 hours before start the activity
Weekly program: 48 hours before arrive
Down payments are repaid free of charge. There is also the possibility of a voucher, but this is only possible if requested by the customer.
Activities in nature like hiking, with max. 30 persons are currently permitted.
